Leanne Ross Football

I like challenging myself and my teammates to give 100% to our preparation, training, competition and recovery. This gives us every chance of achieving our personal best.

About me

From a young age, football was an opportunity to have fun and spend time with friends. Playing mixed football until age 16 meant I had to work hard to compete with the boys. This environment helped me develop qualities which have made me the person and footballer I am today; competitive, determined, ambitious, hardworking, resilient and a leader.

I love football because the competitive environment constantly challenges me to give my best to try and achieve my goals. Additionally, football has helped me to have an active, healthy lifestyle, create friendships, travel the world, create lifelong memories and be successful.
