Susan McGilveray Hockey

Being your personal best is that feeling from within that you couldn't give any more to the task and did yourself proud - be it in sport, in education, at work or at home.

About me

Sport has taught me many valuable life lessons such as persistence, resilience and organisation which I apply daily on and off the hockey pitch. Being part of a team has also taught me a great deal about respecting others and acting selflessly to benefit others.

I love being part of a team and have made some of my best friends through hockey, whilst travelling the world and staying fit. I love the opportunity to inspire young people to make positive life choices and lead active healthy life styles.
